Here it is… Marlin Azul… This splendidly coastal decorated five bedroom, four and a half bath house with a private heated (with a fee) pool and a 6-passenger golf cart for your entire stay is Exactly what you’ve been looking for…
As you enter the home come in and go straight up the stairs to enter the open area of the kitchen, dining and living area. Get ready to prepare the best meals ever in this very well-appointed gourmet kitchen, with sleek stainless-steel appliances, both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker, a wine fridge and everything else you need to prepare those meals.
The dining area has a beautiful large dining table with seating for ten, with an additional four barstools at the bar for seating.
The living area has plenty of comfortable seating with a sectional sofa, a side chair, coffee table, floor lamps, and a smart TV w/ WIFI. BD1) is down the hall to the left, it has two queen size beds, night stand with lamp, a chest, a closet and a smart TV. BA1) the full bath is a jack & jill style bath between two bedrooms, it has a nice tiled walk-in shower, granite countertop w/ sink.
BD2) is the second left down the hall that also shares the bath with the other bedroom, it is complete with two sets of bunk beds with each a twin over a full, night stands w/ lamps, a chest, a closet and a smart TV. At the end of the hall is a half bath.
BD3) is to the left and is the master with a king size bed, night stands w/ lamps, a chest, a closet, a smart TV and a door to a balcony out front to enjoy the outdoors. BA2) is a full-size en suite bath with a walk-in tiled shower granite countertops and sink.
Across the hall on the right side is BD4) this bedroom has two queen size beds, nightstand w/ lamp, a chest, a closet, a smart TV and this room also has access to the outdoor deck to the front of the house. BA3) is a full en suite bath with a separate garden tub, tiled walk-in shower and granite countertops with two separate sinks.
Back in the living area, you will find a glass sliding door that leads out to a large deck area, you can sit out here and enjoy the outside or climb the spiral staircase that leads up to the “crow’s nest” up on top of the house, from here you get a great bird’s eye view of Port A.
If you go down the set of stairs from the second floor to the first, you find the back patio.
Here is your oasis of relaxation, plenty of furniture to sit on games to play, a sound system to listen to, a propane grill, a picnic type table, outside shower and best of all a private pool. On those chilly fall nights, have it heated for an extra fee per day.
Back inside to the left is a small living type area with a sofa that is also a sofa sleeper, a table w/ seating for four, and a smart TV.
Across the hall is BD5) complete with a desk type area, w/ a chair and drawers, and a smart TV. BA4) is a full en suite bath with a walk-in tiled shower and granite countertop with a sink.
Back down the hall is a door entrance to the garage, here you will find a ping pong table, a sofa, and several other games to keep everyone happy.
Back inside at the end of the hallway is a laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer for your use.
When I said before that this house had everything you would need I wasn’t kidding…
