Just what you have been waiting for … Coco Loco … A stunningly decorated house, with hues of the color of the sand & the sea will make you feel just like one with the tide.
This four bedroom, three and a half bath home has everything you could ever need in a beach get a way. Private pool, six passenger golf cart for your entire stay and it is very close to the beach.
Enter the first floor and up the stairs to the spacious open living space. It is a fantastic area to entertain in.
The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and everything you will need to prepare all those delicious coastal meals.
The dining room has a grand dining table with two bench seats on each side and a chair on each end, with seating for 10, and there are four barstools at the kitchen bar and a bistro type table with two chairs.
The living area has a sectional sofa, four side chairs, a broad stool like coffee table, end tables with lamps and a large TV w/ Wi-Fi.
Around the corner to the left is the laundry room, complete with a full-size washer & dryer for your use.
Off the main room is a half bath with a delicate pedestal sink.
BD1) is the master bedroom, and it has a king size bed, nightstands with lamps, a small sitting area with a loveseat, a chest and a TV w/ Wi-Fi. BA1) The master en suite bath has a sizable walk-in tiled shower, granite countertops w/ double sinks, a granite countertop dressing area and a closet.
Let us travel up the stairs to the third floor. Here you will find a small seating area with a sofa, excellent for hanging out and reading.
Off to your left is BD2) a queen size bed, nightstands w/ lamps, a closet and a TV w/ Wi-Fi. BA2) is a full jack & jill style bathroom that is between BD2 & BD3, and it has a tub/shower combo and granite countertops w/ double sinks.
BD3) has two sets of bunk beds with twin over full, nightstand w/ lamp, a closet and a TV w/ Wi-Fi.
Out in the seating area is a set of doors that take you out to the front deck area. A charming large patio area to enjoy and watch the sun or the moon rise up out of the water.
Back down to the first floor we find the mother-in-law suite, with a separate entrance,
BD4) it has a bunkbed with full size beds, a closet, a sofa, a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, a Keurig coffee maker, and a TV with Spectrum cable. There is also a small dining table with four chairs.
BA3) The en suite full bath has a tiled walk-in shower, and a granite countertop with a sink.
Step outside to a delightful backyard setting, with a private pool, a propane grill, and many assorted chairs and outdoor furniture for you to sit, lay and just relax on.
