This charming home is a perfect location in town to Shops, Restaurants, Bars, the Marina, and the Beach. It is a single-level property. Gather your thoughts on the front porch with your morning coffee in hand in the hanging swing or chair. Step inside to the inviting and open floor plan. The living area contains plenty of seating for guests with two couches, a love seat, TV, Roku, and Wi-Fi. The large dining table has seating for 6  for dinner or a game of cards. There are 3 barstools at the spacious bar for those who like to gather while preparing meals. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, stocked with basic pots, pans, and utensils. This area is great for those who love to show off their culinary skills. The Master bedroom (BR1) has a King size bed, nightstands, w/ lamps, a small desk, a small chest, and a smart TV w/ WIFI. The Guest bedroom (BR2) has a Queen size bed, nightstands, chest for your beach attire, TV, sofa, and stackable washer/dryer. The shared bathroom has a stand-alone shower.  Step out back to the vast entertaining area and enjoy an evening drink on the covered patio with outdoor seating and a ceiling fan. Cook up a day's catch on the propane grill while watching the kids and small pets play around in the fenced-in backyard.
You will be conveniently located to all areas of attraction. 0.4 miles to restaurants, 0.6 miles to the Marina, and 1 mile to the Beach.

This place is just perfect for us, and unfortunately getting much harder to book. We're a married couple in our late 50s with a couple of labs. Great location, back deck and fenced back yard. Are only gripes really are on fellow renters (putting things away less than clean and ready to use). Otherwise, the company is very responsive and great to work with.

Communication was easy. Manuela was very nice and helpful, even when I forgot about a few steps in the process, which was also very easy. Great house! great stay. Will book with Life in Paradise again. Best golf cart rental prices in town! Josh was awesome.

We had a wonderful stay at this sweet cottage! Loved the yard and porches, kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay here but it did get chilly and the small electric heaters were not enough. Overall, we had a great stay and wonderful service from Life In Paradise!

After an little check in disappointment, the team rapidly made things right. The property was perfect for us and our labs. All the amenities you could ask for and a nice sized 6 foot fenced yard. The patio deck was a favorite spot to chill. Comfortable, relaxing, close to everything. Exactly what we were looking for.

The property is well cared for. Interior was roomy that allowed large amount of sunshine when shades opened, and suitably dark when shades were closed. Amenities were more than satisfactory. Property is close to market, restaurants, beach and other visitor attractions, birding preserve. I would definitely stay here again.

House was really nice. Older home but decorated nicely with great upgrades. Back yard would’ve been phenomenal if there wasn’t rain. No fault of the home owner. stayed flooded & we had dogs. So was a bit muddy. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice house & nice location. The kitchen was great and the house was nicely decorated. Enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. My only critique would be the ACs in the bedrooms seem to be undersized for the level of coolness we are accustomed to for sleeping.

We rented golf carts through them as well and it made the trip even more enjoyable. The beach was a short cart ride away, and shops and restaurants were within walking distance from the house. Our favorite part was spending the evenings on the back patio while our dog played in the private, fenced in yard. We can't wait to stay there again!

This cute house had a grandmother feel about it but with a coastal flare. Centrally located between restaurants, shopping and the beach. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. We loved the back covered porch with coastal breezes and nice landscaping. Very comfortable in all ways.
Just an all around perfect rental.
Fantastic people at the rental center, very welcoming.
