This is a very nice 4 Bedroom 3 Bath property located 3 blocks from the beach and has a wonderful deck on the 2nd floor facing the beach. This condo is professionally decorated with a coastal theme throughout. The modern kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils for preparing meals. Dine at the large table with bench seating. Gather in the downstairs living room on the couch and chair while watching a movie on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable and Wifi. The bottom floor master bedroom (BR1) has a King bed, closet, nightstands, chest and TV. The hall bath has a vanity, shower and make-up area. Venture upstairs to the second living room/loft area. The large couch with a lounger is made for relaxing in front of the wall-mounted TV or sit back on the futon or bean bag chair. The first guest bedroom (BR2) has two Twin beds, a closet and a chest with private access to the hall bathroom with vanity and tub/shower. The laundry room has a full-size washer, dryer and area for hanging clothes. The third bedroom (BR3) has a King bed, closet and access to the balcony. The fourth bedroom (BR4) has a set of Twin bunk beds, a closet and access to the balcony. These two rooms share a hall bathroom with a vanity and shower.
This complex has a shared community pool, which is heated during the winter months. Great location... walking distance to the beach and near the Golf Course and Airport in Port Aransas. Enjoy the charcoal grill as you visit with family and friends.
Parking is limited to 4 vehicles and the garage is available if you rent or bring a golf cart. NO parking on road.

I really enjoy the house how close to the beach and how clean it was the house I had stayed in other house where I have found pest ,but this place was very clean. We will definitely will be coming next year Thank you so much!!!

It was nice and cozy! It accommodated our whole family, 4 adults, 4 kids, and one toddler! The kids loved having their own space to hang out upstairs in the den. The balcony was enjoyable with the breeze. We will definitely keep it in mind when we travel that way again.

We had a wonderful time! This is a great location for driving or walking to the beach. It is close to tourist shopping and restaurants also. We will definitely be back!

House was beautiful and clean!! Loved the property! Will definitely try and stay here again! Management team was super helpful and awesome!Only piece of advice I would give would be to whoever runs the complex as a whole needs to have stricter policies for noise and trash. Another party left the pool area a disaster and trash was blowing everywhere.
