Plantation Paradise is a lavish, custom home with a private pool located in town. Only 2 minutes to beach by golf cart or car and 3 blocks from restaurants and shops.

Upon arrival to this property you are greeted with an inviting front porch with a bench and swing for relaxing and taking in the rustling of the

palm trees in the ocean breeze. You will be able to take in beautiful sunrises from the the front side of the home. Ample parking for 4 vehicles.

This palatial vacation home has wood floors, windows, granite countertops and tall ceilings throughout. Upon entering in the foyer is an office

area with a desk, great for writing postcards, browsing on your laptop or catching up on work while you are away. The private master suite (BR1)

has a King size bed, built-in nightstands and modern hanging pod chair. The en-suite bathroom has granite double vanities and a large tile, stand-alone

shower with dual shower heads and a bench. Through the bathroom to the grand walk-in closet, you will find two built-in dressers, shelving and area for hanging clothes. There is a convenient open shelf, which adjoins to the laundry room, to pass your dirty clothes through. The wide-open floor

plan allows for interaction with others at all times. Relax on the plush contemporary couch with lounger or accent chair and catch up on your favorite shows or movies on the large flat-screen TV above the fireplace with cable and Wifi. The built-in shelving area has board games to keep the children

busy on rainy days. The centrally located laundry room has a washer and dryer and around the corner you will find a half bath. The gourmet kitchen is a

chef's dream. Plenty of granite countertop areas, stainless steel appliances, pantry, gas cook-top, a hanging pot/pan rack over an extensive island/bar with

stools for 4. The adjoining dining area has seating for 8 with a view of the beautiful fenced in backyard.

Step up to the top of the staircase and you will come to a small alcove for sitting or reading in front of the windows. The first guest room (BR2) features

2 Twin beds and a large closet. The second guest room (BR3) has a Queen size bed, nightstands, an accent chair and a large closet. Both of

these rooms share a hallway bathroom with granite countertop, tile tub/shower and glass door enclosure.

Venture out the back door to the covered, wooden porch with outdoor seating and a perfect view of the landscaped yard and pool. The inviting

shallow pool is great for engaging family fun or just for floating around. There are separate sitting areas for shade, sun and grilling. The enticing poolside hammock may call your name for an afternoon nap. The detached garage holds a Ping Pong table with a roll-up door, giving more

room for those friendly competitive games. Around the backside is a private area with an outdoor shower for rinsing off.

Proceed up the back staircase to the efficiency apartment entry over the garage. This space is great for an older teenager who needs privacy or

an elderly couple who may want to turn in early. It includes an open room with a Full-size bed, Full-size Futon, closet, full bath with granite countertop, tile tub/shower and glass enclosure. The kitchenette area has granite counter space, sink, coffee maker and mini-fridge. Enjoy your coffee at the table for two or by the window seat taking in the sunrise.

Excellent beach house for a quick getaway - about half a mile from the beach, and a very easy walk. The golf cart was great for the first day! Now that cars are allowed on the beach again would probably grab a permit and use that instead of golf cart. The house itself it beautiful and spacious. The pool was nice but is not heated (my fault for not reading!) - it was cold in early October! Would definitely stay here again.

From start to finish this vacation rental was perfect! The house was beautiful and clean! The entire family loved it! We swam in the pool and used the provided golf cart to go all over the island! We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful and Relaxing Getaway

We visited for a small vacation with our family of 6! There was more than enough room especially with the extra guest house! We loved having our own private pool to relax by after the beach without having to share with anyone! The golf cart made traveling to the beach with littles and around town so much easier than using our large SUV. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to cook and serve food as well as shower and relax! We will for sure be back!

Excellent! Since we could not drive on the beach, the location was great! Beach access was close and we could unload all of our stuff, drive back to the house and then walk back to the beach. The house had plenty of room and everything was clean. Management was very responsive when I called for the 1-off things that needed attention.
