 Stay at one of Port A's Hot Spots!! Port A Beach Club #4... This Beautiful home offers an open living room / Dining area that can easily seat 30 guests. There are 2 large flat screen TVs in the living/dining area and one in each bedroom. This house has it all... WIFI, internet, walk to the beach, and a private pool!!

This fabulous property is perfect for that family reunion, work retreat by the beach, or a company-sponsored fishing trip. The fully stocked kitchen is large enough for several people to prep, cook, and clean up. The kitchen is also equipped with two of each major appliance, (2 stoves, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators) It also has both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker. A half bath is located right off the kitchen.
A nice breezeway-type patio separates the 3 bedrooms on the first level from the living area. This is great for privacy. (BD1) has a King-size bed, TV, a small closet with shelves, and a full
ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo. (BD2) a King-size bed, TV, a small closet with shelves, and a full ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. (BD3) same as 1 & 2, a King-size bed, TV, a small closet with shelves, a full ensuite bath with a walk-in shower.
Go back into the main living area and up the stairs to your right you will enter the game room, here you and your guests will enjoy a large TV, shuffleboard, and a ping pong table, as well as an extra large sectional sofa. There is also a deck to sit out on and enjoy the sunshine.
To the left of the stairs are 3 more bedrooms. (BD4) has 2 sets of bunk beds with Full-size beds, a TV, and a set of shelves to place your belongings. (4 beds total) (BD5) has a King-size bed, TV, and a small closet with shelves. There is a shared full bath between these two bedrooms with a tub/shower combo. Back out to the right of the game room are 2 more bedrooms. (BD6 & BD7) Both with a King-size bed, TV, and a small closet with shelves and they both share a full bath with a tub/shower combo.
On the other side of the game room is a hallway that leads to the last three bedrooms. (BDS 8,9,10) all have the same, a King size bed, TV, a small closet with shelves, and an ensuite full bath with a walk-in shower. There is also a stackable washer & dryer for your use.
This house has 6 Master bedrooms!
Outside is just as great as inside, There are 2 charcoal grills to cook on, as well as your own private pool to cool off and relax in after a great day on the beach. Plenty of yard room to bring your yard games to play.
There is parking for a maximum of 8 vehicles, (golf carts count as vehicles) The location of this property is very convenient to walk to the beach, a few restaurants, shopping, and other entertainment.

Perfect house if you want tons of room. 10 bedrooms. Backyard pool. TVs everywhere. House kitchen with double fridges, double stoves, large island. Rent this house if you want a great place for your group to gather in the best location in Port Aransas.

Unit and service was excellent. One downstairs bathroom a/c was nonfunctional with a makeshift portable unit which was deemed unacceptable. 2 golf carts were required to be swapped out due to mechanical issues. Life in Paradise members worked with our group by agreeing to compensate payment for hotel room next door and golf carts were exchanged in a very reasonable time.

The place is perfect for large groups. It has two of everything so you are not on top of each other in the kitchen. The private pool was great. It's a little farther from the beach than we like but the golf cart more than made up for the distance. We loved it!

I cannot say enough about my stay at PA Beach Club!! The place is extremely clean and well kept which is surprising considering it's really set up well for a large group. Properties like these in Port A are typically run down and minimally cleaned between stays due to the volume but not this one. We will DEFINITELY be back! Hands down the nicest and most well thought out beach property I've ever stayed at. ANYWHERE!!

The perfect beach rental for large groups of family or friends. The massive kitchen allows for plenty of cooking space for the large groups this place accommodates. Well within walking distance to the beach but the golf carts very extremely nice to have. The outdoor space and private pool is an oasis at the end of a busy day on the beach. This place is extremely well kept. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect location minutes away from both the beach and the marina which are easily reached by the two complimentary golf carts. Massive kitchen and dining area, clean rooms and management was great. Best place to stay in the beach.

This place is perfect for any large group occasion. We hosted a management retreat for my company here and it was amazing. It would be great for multifamily vacations or a guy's fishing trip. It was extremely clean and well equipped with everything needed in the kitchen including two refrigerators, two stoves, and two massive dining tables. Plenty of privacy with space to spread out but also equipped with entertainment areas to keep everyone having fun. It has ping pong, shuffleboard, and its own private pool with a massive patio area. Best part, its seconds away from the beach. Highly recommend.

This house is well maintained, spacious and is perfectly located at the corner of 11th & Avenue G. It is only a few blocks from the beach and close to all of the restaurants by the marina. The pool and backyard are not amenities you find at many other Port A rentals. We will be back!

Rented all 4 Beach Club houses. First rented this house back in 2019. This one was in the best condition of the 4 houses, though down a little from 2019. This management company has better small amenities, soap etc.. We were not sure if Golf carts came with property or were extra. 2 were on the premises. Overall, a very good stay.

We had a large family vacation and this was perfect. The kitchen with double appliances was great. Beds were comfortable and the location was great . Everyone enjoyed themselves. We had to call maintainance but he responded quickly, fixed what he could and referred other problems to higher ups. The second dishwasher was nasty with something, we just didn't use it.
