"Carpe Beachbum” … Seize your inner Beachbum when you book your next trip to Port Aransas. This newly redecorated townhome is sure to please. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, there’s room for the whole family. Location can't be beat: Only 2 minutes to the beach or in to town all of which can be accessed by golf cart!

Want a pool? You’ll want to take a swim in this impressive; one-of-a-kind, resort style (heated In winter) community swimming pool. It has a slide; palapas; grill and outdoor shower areas.

On the first floor you will find BR1) a king bed, nightstands with lamps, Smart TV and a closet. Adjoining the bedroom is BA1) this full bath has double sinks, tub/shower combo and toilet are separated by a sliding pocket door for privacy. This bath is shared by BR2) which is complete with a twin over full bunk bed plus a twin trundle, Smart TV and a closet. There is also a door to access the back fenced patio. Down the hallway in a closet is a full-size washer and dryer for your use.

Up the stairs, you will find the spacious living and kitchen with updated beach decor and high ceilings that creates a relaxing, airy feeling. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a Keurig coffee pot for all you coffee lovers. Cozy seating is provided at the table for 6 and 4 additional bar stools are great for entertaining a crowd. The living room consists of a full size sofa (sofa sleeper) and two loveseats, plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a family movie night on the 55in Smart HDTV with cable and WiFi or play games.

You will find BR3) the master bedroom which has a king size bed, nightstands with lamps, a chest for your clothing, and a Smart TV. This bedroom also has a balcony to enjoy the crisp beach air. The en-suite bath BA2) master full bath has a walk-in shower with single sink.

Carpe Beachbum is beautifully decorated throughout with beach hues of blues, tans, greens and a hint of orange and mint here and there, it will make you feel relaxed and refreshed…

Overall

Life In Paradise keeps us up-to-date on our reservation, check-in times, & door codes. The rooms are always filled with towels and everything we could possibly need for our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked to include a crockpot. And the highlight of our stay was definitely the heated pool! The 40 year olds enjoyed it just as much as our teenagers!

We loved our stay at CARPE Beachbum at Beachside. The condo was super cute and had everything we needed. We LOVED the location and resort style swimming pool, definitely the best pool in town! We were just a few blocks away from the beach and were able to take a golf cart to and from town. Would highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to book again!
