Book your next stay at this newly remodeled second floor, 2 bedroom condo in town near the Marina. This condo is decorated with a beach and oceanic theme with modern touches throughout. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering and entertaining and never having to miss out on a conversation or fun. The full kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, spacious granite counter tops, pots, pans, dishes and utensils for all of your culinary needs. The adjacent, unique dining table has seating for four to enjoy meals or play a friendly game of cards. The living room is comprised of an oversized couch, chair/ottoman with plush pillows made for relaxing and watching the large TV with cable and Wifi. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while watching the ships pass through the channel. The guest bedroom (BR1) contains a Queen bed, nightstands and closet. The hallway bath has a large granite counter top, sink and tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) includes a Queen bed, nightstands, chest and closet. The en-suite bathroom has a separate vanity area from the large pebble tile shower with bench and glass door. For your convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer tucked neatly behind a door at the end of the hallway. The shared pool, hot tub and grilling area are just across the parking lot from the front door. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants and bars are only 0.5 miles away. Revel in our Port A scenery while taking a short 1.3 mile drive to the beach.

The property had everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing missing was wine glasses. The property was well maintained inside and out. We loved the decor. The harbor view was nice though it looks like it’ll soon be blocked by some new construction. The location was easy to access, there was plenty of parking, and it was quiet, safe, and peaceful. Only one pillow per guest was provided so bring extras if you need more. The bathrooms were spotless and the towels were bright white. The virtual check-in simplified arrival and the staff were responsive to all inquiries. I recommend both this specific property and the management company.

Such a great stay!! Condo was right in town and a convenient walk or very short drive to the beach, all of the restaurants and retail stores. The balcony offered us a calming scenery of the water and watching the boats come in. Not to mention, the condo itself is very homey and not one of those cheesy over the top beach themed stays. Will definitely be back!
