AH-E116: 2BR / 1BA / 4 Guests / Shared Pool / Hot Tub / No Pets Allowed / Shared Charcoal Grill / Golf Cart Accessible / Parking for 2 Vehicles

***MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 25 YEARS***
This newly remodeled, first floor condo is located in the back of the complex, right across from the shared pool/hot tub. It has an open living and kitchen area. The living room has ample seating for guests with a sofa, three accent chairs, TV, cable and Wifi. The kitchen is furnished with new stainless steel appliances, regular coffee maker, pots, pans and utensils. There is spacious granite counter space and a bar area for prepping, cooking and entertaining with seating for 2, and additional seating at the dining table for 4 . The guest room (BR1) has two Twin beds and TV. The master bedroom (BR2) has a King size bed, nightstands, accent chair and TV. The shared bathroom has double vanities and tub/shower combination.  The washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a closet inside the bathroom. The Marina and Ferry are within walking distance to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants and bars are 0.5 miles away and it is a quick 1.3 miles to the beach.

This was a very cute condo and the beds were very comfortable! The two couches fold out like a futon and was great for the kids to sleep on. We enjoyed our stay and the pool was great! It was awesome to have a washer and dryer in the condo too! I would recommend that you have house keeping do a deep clean of the house. The baseboards were dirty especially in the bathroom. I think a previous guest may have had a pet there because their was animal hair on the floor and couch pillows. We had my mom with us and she uses a walker so this house wasn’t as great for her. I think the listing needs better pictures of the toilet and shower so people with a walker know that it’s not a right fit for them. Still gave 5 stars because we would definitely stay again but just not with my mom and her walker.

It was perfect for us to have separate twin beds in the second bedroom for our kids. Nice pool and close to everything in Port Aransas. We rented a golf cart and cruised down to the beach during the day. Definitely would stay there again.

We will stay there again!

The process of booking and checking in and out was a breeze due to availability to do all online. Our condo was the perfect location located across from the pool. Being downstairs it was easy unloading and loading. Great floor plan and decor. Home away from home!
