Sunrise Cabana has been recently updated two bedrooms one bath Cape Cottage located right in town. Enjoy taking strolls into town where the shopping, activities, and restaurants are located. Enter the property through the living room where you are welcomed with a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa. The open floor plan offers plenty of space for cooking and dining. The fully stocked kitchen has all of the essentials to make a home-cooked meal. The dining table seats 4. The master bedroom (BR1) has a Queen size bed. It is decorated in island style colors and décor. Enjoy the full size shared bath right outside the bedroom. The second bedroom (BR2) offers two full-size beds, also decorated in beach style décor. Sunrise Cabana is in a perfect location right in town! Kick back, relax and enjoy your stay at one of the sweetest properties in town Has Wifi and a great area to sit outside and enjoy Port Aransas

House was what we were needing for our weekend. It was well equipped and loaded with everything we needed. Located close to the center of town and a couple of blocks from the beach.

We had such a great time. The management was so attentive and helpful our entire stay. Regardless of the initial AC issues, the service and professionalism made us forget all about it. The home was clean and full stocked. Checking in and out was so easy and safe. Can’t wait to visit again!

This place was great for us 6 but we could have used one extra bathroom when it came to showers. The home was cute, cozy and clean. Beds comfortable. Couches not so much but that's okay since we were hardly there. Home had everything we needed. The only issue was the mold smell and roaches.

We had a great time over Memorial Day weekend. It was the perfect size. We don’t spend much time in the rental anyways. We are there for the beach!

I have booked this cabana before for family from New Zealand so when I knew my Great Grand daughters were coming to Port A I booked it again for them and my two great-great grandchildren from Oklahoma. They were delighted with their accommodation and very comfortable for their stay This is a great little place for a quiet get-a-way and very close to the beach and all shopping and eating.

The property was very clean and in good condition. We loved that it had a washer and dryer! We would definitely stay there again. Making the reservation was easy and everyone was extremely accommodating. They had the sweetest people working in the office

Property was awesome and worked great for our needs. Location was perfect and we had a great time while we were there. There was a slight issue with the front door lock but the property management guys were super helpful and did everything they could to resolve the issue. We will defiantly be back again!

Adorable Downtown Cottage

The location of this cottage was perfect, close to the beach and all of the restaurants/bars. We chose to add a golf cart to our rental which was promptly delivered to us. The decor was adorable and the size was perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids. My only complaints would be that the washer and dryer didnt work and the couch was very uncomfortable to sit on.

We loved our stay at the Sunrise Cabana. It was perfect for our family. The house is just a short walk from the beach (about 15-20 minutes). It is close to the heart of Port Aransas near restaurants and attractions. The house was very clean and comfortable. The decor is super-cute. We would stay there again.

We spent 2 months at this property and were very satisfied. It was clean, bright, well equipped and the managers/owners were friendly and helpful. It is well located for walking and biking to the beach, services and recreational activities. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return one day.

It was almost perfect! I just regretted that we got a full bed for the master bedroom knowing that my teens were at ease with their own full for each one. And the A/C is a little noisy, I needed earplugs for sleeping.<br/>Otherwise the cottage was clean and had everything we needed. Great location also!

This adorable cabana was the perfect size for our family. The location was excellent and so close to everything. Wouldn't definitely like to revisit, it had everything we needed. Just wish the curtains in the front room weren't so transparent because at night with the lights on anyone from outside could see straight in, so we covered the windows with blankets, since that was the room for our young girls.

Very nice inside. Liked the beachy decor. Good location to town or beach. Everything was clean, beds good. Definitely worth the rent charged. Our remote didn't work and the rental staff went to town bought another and brought it over and programmed it for us! Nice. Would stay here again.
